California College San Diego (CCSD), which is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), has trained generations of graduates for new careers since 1978. CCSD has the longest-running respiratory therapy program in San Diego, and our experienced, student-oriented staff is prepared to assist students throughout their education experience. The college’s academic majors are designed specifically to help graduates meet the changing trends and requirements of the business, technology, and medical employment markets.
We offer degree programs in Medical Specialties, Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, Business Management and Accounting, Computer Technology and Networking, Computer Programming, and Computer Science. Online programs are offered by our affiliated college, Stevens-Henager College, Salt Lake City/Murray.
Each program is designed to prepare students with the skills they need to sit for certifications and/or licenses within their field—though certifications and licenses may incur extra time and expense. Grants and student loans are available for those who qualify, to help students afford their degree.
CCSD’s FastFlex programs offer students the flexibility to work on their degree both online and on-campus. With the FastFlex program, students can complete their degree in less-than-traditional time: as few as 20 months for the associate's degree or associate’s (occupational) degree, 36 months for a bachelor's degree, or 15 months for a master’s degree.*

AAS in Graphic Arts (Online)
At California College San Diego students will learn the influence of the computer with the most modern techniques and applications accessible in graphic design. The AOS program is offered completely on-line for incomparable flexibility and a faster way to better pay and a satisfying job. AS in Business Management and Accounting with Retail Sales Management Emphasis (Online)
The Business Management and Accounting program prepares students for a variety of responsible managerial positions. Due to the diversity of the program courses, the student will build a strong foundation in accounting, marketing, insurance, finance, electronic commerce, and real estate.
Objectives of the program are as follows: providing the student with an integrated understanding of business and economic concepts and how these concepts relate to business and social systems; the recognition of ethical responsibilities and accountability; the development of planning, decision-making, and other management functions; the capacity to implement and adapt to change; and development of analytic thinking and leadership style.
Graduates are employed in entry-level positions as bookkeepers, clerical assistants, and personal property professionals.
The Retail Sales Management emphasis prepares students to enter the world of retailing and sales in entry- to mid-level positions. Topics covered in the retail-sales emphasis courses include the changing nature of the retail environment, successful selling strategies, customer-service competency, and an introduction to the basic human resource functions as they relate to the retail sales professional.

This program is designed to teach students the skills needed to produce Web applications, interactive presentations, mobile applications, and user interfaces in a growing diversity of consumer electronics by emphasizing both front and back-end development. Students are required to conceptualize, code, and publish their own standards-based content for a variety of formats while working with the multiple languages used in interactive design.
Employment areas include entry- and mid-level positions in Web design, mobile application design, e-learning, information design, consumer electronics development, and human/computer interaction (HCI) technologies.
