Digital Media - Bachelor of Fine Arts

The digital media program offers students the opportunity to develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use of digital media technology. With the increasing market demand for skilled media specialists, this curriculum offers a wide range of career opportunities for graduates such as:

Fashion Design - Associate of Fine Arts & Bachelor of Fine Arts

A career in fashion design offers an exciting opportunity to influence and support the fashion merchandising market. No matter what aspect of the fashion design industry interests you most, a variety of career paths can be pursued ranging from costume design and fashion illustration to textile design, merchandise sales and more.

A thriving fashion design career involves attention to design detail as well as effective fashion marketing. Our courses help train you on the fundamentals of fashion design and help you gain the skills you need to promote and sell your work, including:

Game design is a growing field in need of talented and trained individuals. New opportunities are constantly opening in advertising, education, business and the web for well-crafted games.

Graduates from our program should be fully prepared to pursue entry-level positions in the competitive world of game design in Detroit and beyond our city's borders. You can be armed with computer skills, an understanding of story writing, character development and logical complexity progression. Interior Design - Bachelor of Fine Arts

With the Academy's bachelor's degree or associate degree program in interior design you can become a specialist in the relationship between people and spaces. You can develop the skills and the portfolio to enter one of today's growing fields--one very much in need of talented, creative, and well-trained men and women.

There's more to creating usable and pleasing space than meets the eye. There are elements like sound, light, furnishings, dividers, traffic flow and directionality.
