Recording Engineer Program (900 Hours)

The Los Angeles Recording School's recording engineer program is an intensive audio education that covers every facet of music and audio production - from tracking and overdubs to mixing and mastering. You'll be training on the latest equipment to record, mix, and optimize audio for music, movies, television, computer games, and the Internet.

There is no substitute for experience. We believe students just need to get in there and do it. We've always taken a hands-on approach, allowing students to gain confidence by experimenting in professional environments before they start working in the industry. Our faculty is here to provide guidance and an experienced ear as you learn the ropes on the finest technology available, from the Neve-VR and Solid State Logic super analog consoles to the million-dollar Sony Oxford Digital Console.
