Diploma in CAD/Drafting Technology

In a sense, CAD operators help build the world. They help create things as small as action figures, and as large as hundred-story skyscrapers. CAD operators turn designs into reality.

Drafting is the process of turning ideas of how things should be constructed into drawings. These drawings, which are based upon sketches and calculations made by engineers, surveyors, architects or scientists, provide visual guidelines such as dimensions, materials to be used, and procedures to be followed.

CAD drawings can be used to build everything from manufactured products, such as toys, toasters, industrial machinery or spacecraft, to structures, such as houses, office buildings, or oil and gas pipelines.

Diploma in Graphic Design & Animation

People in graphic design and animation create or design things on computers. Though this sounds simple enough, their work often requires them to know several different software programs in order to edit or create images, graphics, sounds and video files, websites, 3D images, CDs and multimedia presentations.
